The Pavilion

The Pavilion is the elegant and contemporary conversion of a former office building into 11 open plan one and two-bedroom apartments in a secluded and peaceful country estate setting of almost 40 acres.

Graylands Estate was originally built for Boyd Wallis, the owner of a diamond mine; subsequently, it was the headquarters of Redland Bricks. Now, the estate has been regenerated into a vibrant community with small and medium-sized businesses as well as stylish homes.

Many of The Pavilion’s beautifully finished apartments boast magnificent southerly views across Horsham district towards the South Downs. Most have either private gardens or balconies.

Tooley Foster is also responsible for other projects on the estate, including the development of new small business units which has planning consent and due on site in May 2018.
