Clarendon Court
Located near London’s Little Venice, Clarendon Court was originally used as a hotel. As part of its redevelopment, the whole of the internal structure and shell was demolished and all but one of the existing Edwardian façades were retained.
The redevelopment now provides 98 high quality apartments over 8 floors. Each floor is designed around a striking glass and steel structure containing glazed upper level balconies.
A glazed access bridge at ground floor spans across a themed oriental landscaped court below.
The associated car parking is provided in five half basements.
The upper floor apartments and penthouses enjoy magnificent views across London’s skyline.
