Blenheim Court

The project involves the replacement of an existing sheltered housing scheme with a new two-storey block comprising 31 spacious one and two-bed apartments.

The development provides ample parking, featuring electric vehicle charging points, and a communal amenity area.

Designed to enhance the existing environment, the building retains mature trees on the site and ensures continued access to adjoining properties. The footprint is expanded to accommodate the desired number of units, maintaining a harmonious integration with the surroundings.

The architectural design blends traditional forms with a contemporary style, incorporating a mix of brick, textural brick details, and white render beneath slate roofs. Each apartment is equipped with a covered patio or balcony, offering private amenity space, and residents have access to a large communal garden.

In summary, this project not only replaces the existing sheltered housing scheme but also introduces a thoughtfully designed two-storey block with modern amenities. The focus on sustainability, green spaces, and a harmonious architectural blend reflects our commitment to creating a vibrant and comfortable living environment.
