A few steps from New Southgate station sits this new development of 44 flats located on a very tight site wedged between the east coast main line and Station road. With outstanding access to public transport this scheme has made the most of this tight site.
Negotiations with Network Rail and TFL were needed to allow the development to proceed.
The scheme had to be built in 3 phases due to the limited access. Working closely with Osbourne’s we developed a great working relationship with site and were able to deliver this great scheme where every flat has it’s own balcony or sunroom.
The scheme provides 14 x I-bed flats, 25 x 2-bed flats, 4 x 3-bed self-contained flats and 1 x 3-bed maisonette.
The elevations consist of a mixture of light and dark brickwork, render and coloured metal panels.
