Testimonials – Summer 2014

Saffron Hall wins ‘Design through Innovation’ and ‘Project of the Year’ at the RICS East of England Awards 2014

The judges said of the scheme, “Saffron Hall provides a first class (if not world class) concert hall in what is a conventional high school. Once inside, you would never guess that you were in a school hall; with state-of-the-art equipment and adjustable acoustics, this progressive project represents exactly what the RICS East of England Property Awards are about.”

Penny Taylor, Outlook Care’s CEO – Client

“We chose Tooley & Foster to design our new Care Home, Foxburrow Grange in Colchester, Essex. They did a terrific job for us; they were creative, responsive and really listened to us. We wanted an architect who would work in partnership to design a Nursing Home that would really work for us on a practical level as well as looking beautiful and that is exactly what we achieved with their help. Their experience and advice were invaluable as this was our first Home and I think we received an excellent service. I should also mention they were extremely patient!”

Our design for Outlook Care’s 66 bed flagship Nursing and Dementia Care Home, Foxburrow Grange, reached the finals of the ‘Best Small Dementia Unit’ category at the Pinders Healthcare Design 2014 Awards.
