In recognition of the value we place on our staff, and their continued training and development, we have held Investors in People status since May 2005 and following another successful review in November 2017, we achieved Silver Investors in People Standard and continue to be an accredited IIP organisation.
We are committed to our Corporate Social Responsibility, evidenced by our winning International CSR Excellence Awards in 2013, 2014 and 2017.
Many of our staff are involved in a voluntary capacity with a variety of projects within their local communities. These range from charity fundraising activities to youth work and working with the homeless. One staff member is Chair of Governors at a Redbridge primary school and another is a trustee of a small grant-giving housing charity; other roles include colts’ age group manager at a local cricket club and Scout Leader.
The Partnership regularly sponsors charities – local ones as well as those involved in the care homes industry. We also recycle our old IT equipment to the Hamelin Trust, which supports disabled adults to gain IT-related skills.
Some of our staff are members of the RIBA Visiting Board and one is professional studies mentor to two RIBA Part 3 exam candidates in the office.
We continue to accept work experience students, and encourage those interested in taking up a career in Architecture to remain in touch with us during their schooling and beyond.
