Detailed negotiations and meetings were held with the planning and conservation officers who were keen to ensure that certain building lines on the façade were maintained.
The stone façade and details reflect the character of the adjacent properties, while internally, fully air-conditioned, high quality office spaces are provided over 7 floors.
All floors are free of intermediate internal columns providing completely open plan areas.
The double-height reception area provides a prominent entrance to the offices whilst the spectacular 7th floor penthouse meeting room and roof terraces offer excellent facilities for corporate entertainment.
