67-68 Grosvenor Street, London W1 is a major refurbishment scheme of two 19th Century properties which were originally single dwellings but converted to offices and a single building after the Second World War.
The brief called for the building to be fully refurbished, including new reception, toilets and tea-points throughout, and high quality modern office accommodation to be offered as part of Grosvenor’s flexible office space portfolio.
The existing party wall between the buildings was removed and replaced with a new steel structure to allow open plan office space, with the option to sub divide into smaller cellular offices if required. A new lift was installed together with new M&E services throughout.
The toilets were completely renewed and finished in a contemporary style, and the reception remodelled with new flooring, lighting, reception desk and waiting area
