John is an experienced Architect who has been involved in the design and management of a large number of Educational, Healthcare, Residential and Communal projects. John has particular interest in Educational, Healthcare and Environmental issues – reflected by being the Partner in charge of a Residential project designed to achieve Code 6 for Sustainable Homes – zero carbon.
John has been involved in a number of different project procurement procedures ranging from traditional contracts, two-stage tenders, to PFIs and Design & Build.
