The Practice currently has a staff of approximately 30 with a high proportion of Partners and Associates. This allows us to provide a personal service to our wide range of clients, and to work on a diversity of projects. Investors in People In recognition of the value we place on our staff, and their continued training and development, we were first awarded Investors in People status in May 2005 and had it renewed in December 2008.

Corporate Social Responsibility We are committed to our Corporate Social Responsibility, and many of our staff are involved in a voluntary capacity with their local communities, across a wide range of projects. These range from fundraising activities and charity work to youth work and working with the homeless. Some of our staff are School Governors, members of the RIBA Visiting Board and others are involved in the Design Council initiative bringing design to schools. Two of our Partners are mentors on the Aiming Higher Community Mentoring-Buddying Programme. The scheme, supported by Waltham Forest College, links professionals with students, aiming to empower young people to make positive life choices and prepare them for the world of work.
